Tuesday, April 24th, Mrs . Solis came in as permanent 4th grade teacher at Henry B. Gonzalez and right away motivated the students for the love of reading!

EPHS Golfer Advances to State

CC Winn High School would like to congratulate Junior, Diego Ibarra, for proudly representing his school at Regionals and earning an illustrious spot at the UIL Class 5-A State Tournament.
Diego's journey will continue on May 14th - 15th in Georgetown, Texas.

LDC Celebrate Administrative Professionals Day

LDC would like to send a warm thank you to their beautiful office staff, Secretary Mrs. Barranca, Clerk Mrs. Gonzales and SAR Mrs. Valdez, for their hard work and dedication to the staff, students and parents. 
Wednesday, LDC honored this power trio for Administrative Professionals Day.

EPHS StuCo Hosts End of Year Blood Drive

Tuesday, April 24th, Eagle Pass High School Student Council and the South Texas Blood & Tissue Center hosted the last blood drive of the 2017 - 2018 school year in the EPHS Girls Gym. 
Over 90 students signed up to donate and 51 pints of blood were collected; enough to save 153 lives! 
In approximately two weeks, EPHS will receive the list of seniors who have donated six or more blood donations during their high school career and eligible for the red blood drive graduation cord.
Many thanks and appreciation to all that participated and made this last drive a smashing success! 
Congratulations Eagles on a job well done!

Bobcats Celebrate Earth Week

Joining in on the EPISD Earth Week festivities, Ms. Yzquierdo's 6th grade class at Henry B. Gonzalez pledged to take care of the Earth on Tuesday, April 24th.
The Bobcats signed an Earth Day promise to not litter or pollute and make our world a better place!
