Six EPISD School Bus Drivers competed with Regions 20 - 13
Bus Rodeo on April 12, 2014. The
competition consist of 12 events, Vehicle Inspection, Offset Alley Event,
Railroad Crossing, Straight Line, Diminishing Clearance, Back Up, Left Turn,
Parallel Parking, Student Loading, Curb Line Event, Stop Line Event and General
Knowledge Test. Region 20 – 13 consist
of school districts from the surrounding areas from Austin, San Antonio, and
Eagle Pass. Mr. Rogelio Gonzalez placed
2nd on the Rodeo and will now compete at the state level on June 21
in Corpus Christie Texas.
