The Graves Elementary Tigerettes were named the National Jazz Grand Champions at the Jr. High level this past Friday in San Antonio, Texas. The Tigerettes won the title while competing in the Red Line Cheer and Dance Grand National Finals. Competition was fierce and yet the girls managed to snatch enough points to come in behind a San Antonio high school.
In addition to the recently obtained title, the dance team was also named Jazz champion, High Point Champions and obtained The Best Choreography Award at the 2015 TAMIU Cheer and Dance Competition in Laredo this past February.
The Tigerettes started off strong this season by obtaining the 2015 City of Eagle Pass Dance Championship Title and have only been exceeding all expectations with each performance. As the season comes to an end we want to congratulate them for their hard work and perseverance. Congratulations Tigerettes and coaches!
