On January
16th, the
6th grade students at Benavides Elementary put what they had been learning to great use! The Bulldogs have been learning about Simple Machines and
their uses. They created a two part project of a Simple Machine. Part one is a
3D model of a Simple Machine of their choice that consists of one of the
following: inclined plane, wedge, screw, lever, pulley, or wheel and axle. Part
2 is the writing assignment that identifies and explains the type of simple
machine or machines included in the model. These 6th grade students
worked hard and created wonderful projects.
