There are so many teachers all over the district that inspire and motivate students; one such teacher is C.C. Winn's Criminal Justice teacher Mr. Jose Montes.
C.C Winn student Bethany Martinez recognized Mr. Montes with a wall plaque that she personally made in appreciation of his commitment.
Maverick Nation would like to thank Mr. Montes for all he does for their students and his work with the Law Enforcement Club.
Mr. Jose Montes worked for the San Antonio Police Department for 23 years and is a training instructor for active shooting scenarios with the ALICE institution.
