On Halloween, Perfecto Mancha Elementary hosted a spooky and kooky costume contest! The school came out in full costume and had some amazing ones to boot! Principal Jose Hernandez would like to thank retired principals, Mr. Olivares and Mrs. Soto, along with past Superintendent Jesus Sanchez for taking the time to be their judges!
