Mrs. Tellez gifted her 1st grade students at Rosita Valley Elementary with snacks, incentives and "Encouragement Cards" during ITBS testing to motivate them to try their best.
She also shared some encouragement cards with co-workers to show her support in all the work they have done with their students.
