As Eagle Pass Independent School District's kick off this week and with Halloween being right around the corner, EPISD Police Department DARE Instructor M. Torralba is asking the public to remain aware and cautious while crossing the streets.
He is also asking for drivers to be attentive for all pedestrians.
Also, parents please check all candy before allowing your child to consume!
