Saturday, October 20th fourteen students represented Eagle Pass ISD at the TMEA Region XI Vocal Auditions. The students worked hard for this competition and the following students earned a position on the All Region Treble Choir: Valerie, Arleth, Daniela, Karla and Jasmin.
Jakob, Mark and Adalina earned positions on the All Region Mixed Choir.
Adalina Hernandez will advance and compete at the TMEA Pre-Area Vocal Auditions in December.
EPISD congratulates these pioneers who practiced daily, learned German and Latin, and overcame many obstacles to represent their respective high schools.
Best wishes to Adalina Hernandez as she prepares to learn new songs and improve her sight reading skills for the next round of competition.
