Eagle Pass is a part of the District XV Alamo Association of Student Councils...with over 25 participating schools from several cities!
Thursday, October 18th, 30 representatives from the CC Winn Student Council traveled to San Antonio to attend the Fall General Convention.
The Fall General Convention is the first official meeting with the district officers.
The DASH (Drug/Alcohol/Safety/Health) Committee Chairpersons presented at one of the booths during the "Table Talk" session of the workshop, for their Teens in the Driver Seat safety campaign.
Students handed out pamphlets and discussed tips for pedestrian safety and the dangers of driving at night while drowsy.
StuCo would like to thank the 5 teachers who graciously drove students in vans through the rain so that Winn could represent Eagle Pass!
