Tuesday, April 30th was Dia Del Nino in Mexico.
Dia Del Nino originated in Mexico in 1925.
This day usually consists of special activities for children in parks and sports centers.
Sometimes, the children will be given presents by their families!
Mrs. Ibarra at Graves joined in the celebration with her 1st grade class.
Each student was treated to candy in honor of this great celebration!
