Eagle Pass Jr High is Moving for Monarchs

The Eagle Pass Junior High School Science Club and science teachers released Monarch
Butterflies during the migration period in Fall 2013 and were featured on a brochure for  MonarchWatch.org.

EPJH is attempting to create the Butterfly Effect. The idea that small actions can have BIG repercussions  "Saving the world one butterfly at a time..."
The butterflies were shipped from Christine Stahle (Pennsylvania)  and made the overnight trip via air mail.  Seeds were also shipped and EPJH Science Club successfully planted in hopes of the Monarch Butterflies’ returning to South Texas in Spring 2014.
