Nine students from the Theater program at C.C. Winn High School will perform John Steinbeck’s classic story “Of Mice and Men” at 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 17th at Eagle Pass Independent School District's Fine Arts Complex at the Student Activity Center.
Tickets to watch the three-act play “Of Mice and Men” can be purchased at the door for only $5.00.
The classic drama follows the story of George Milton and Lenny Smalls, who travel together and work on farms to make a living.  George has dedicated his life to taking care of Lenny, who is mentally challenged and encounters problems when he cannot control his strength.   Senior Albert De La Cruz plays George and sophomore Victor Solis will portray the role of Lenny.

The play is directed by Mr. Adolfo Flores Jr., who has been directing plays for EPISD for over 29 years.
“This is our fifth presentation for the schools of EPISD and it is a great experience for our actors,” said Mr. Flores.
