Tuesday, January 9th, Rosita Valley Elementary opened their doors to Nutritionist, Mr. Manrique Fuentes.
Mr. Fuentes spent the morning introducing the students to foods that are tasty and good for you too.
He also showed them examples of what fat looks like in our bodies!
It is essential for students to know which food help maintain focus.
