Thursday, October 18th, the 9th grade students in Mrs. Diaz' class at CC Winn High School rediscovered the art of persuasion.
These Freshmen learned Aristotle's modes of persuasion: ethos, pathos, and logos.
They also discussed ways they have used persuasion in the past to their advantage.
However, the instruction did not end there!
They were asked to create an advertisement or a comic strip to depict each of the modes of persuasion.
These Mavs put their creativity and knowledge to the test as they each created their own persuasive masterpiece.
This assignment wrapped up the first 9 weeks for these Mav Freshmen.
