EPJ Wins Most Well Maintained/Clean School Ground Campus

Inspections have been conducted on a daily/weekly basis on how well EPISD school grounds have been maintained. There have been visitations to not only school campuses, but district buildings as well. We would like to honor these facilities on a monthly basis for the most well maintained/clean school grounds campuses. This month’s recommendation goes out to Eagle Pass Junior High on their merits for an outstanding job on maintaining the school grounds clean and safe.  EPJ would like to dedicate this honor to their custodians for their hard work and contribution to improving and beautifying their grounds every week and Mrs. Irma Romero’s Science club for their involvement in the beautification of EPJ’S campus grounds. On Earth Day, for the last 6 years the Science Club has been planting trees and flowers donated by Wal-Mart and Lowes. Mr. Escobar and all of Eagle Pass Junior High would like to also mention how much they appreciate the Go Green squad and all they have done for their school and our district.
