Mrs. Vera Sumpter Honored by Texas Music Educators Association

EPISD and Memorial Junior High Band would like to congratulate MJH principal, Ms. Vera Sumpter, on receiving the Texas Music Educators Association Distinguished Administrator award! This award is presented to a Texas public school administrator that actively supports the band program.  Only a few administrators throughout the state of Texas received this award and Ms. Sumpter was one of the few!  Thank you for your continued support of the band program!
