On December 14th, Seco Mines Student Council joined US Border Patrol, Customs, and Eagle Pass ISD Police Department at Perfecto Mancha Elementary for the annual Toy Wrapping Activity.
The students enjoyed wrapping gifts and spreading the Christmas cheer!
