Congratulations to Eagle Pass High School Sophomore, Noah J. Eslinger, for earning first chair at the TMEA Region 11 Jazz Auditions! 

Noah will be representing the Mighty Eagle Band at Area auditions and will be a participating in the TMEA Region Jazz clinic and concert. 

Your peers and band directors are very proud of you and your accomplishment!

BP VISITS COWBOY COUNTRY

  On Tuesday, September 28th, Agent Garza and Agent Losoya from United States Border Patrol visited Kirchner Elementary.

They gave an interesting and interactive presentation on Bullying to our entire school body! 

The student's enjoyed their presentation and wanted to eagerly participate in the activities. 

On behalf of Kirchner Staff, students, and administration we want to thank these agents that took time from their busy schedule to come and talk to our student body! 

At the end of the presentation they were thanked with a small token of appreciation!

Eagle Pass High School Social Studies teachers, Mr. Pascoe and Mr. Martinez are currently teaching The Gilded Age. (Rockefeller, Carnegie, Vanderbilt.)

Mr. Martinez dressed as the farmer and Mr. Pascoe dressed as the wealthy Robber Baron to show the disparity between the two social classes during the same era.

The Symposium serves as a venue in providing Eagle Pass ISD Counselors and Service Advocate Recruiters with information and awareness on the many family support services available in our community. 

Service providers have the opportunity to share valuable information on a variety of services that are meant to support and assist families in need.

Eagles Ring in 16 de Septiembre

Friday, September 15th, students from the Principles of Hospitality and Tourism class at Eagle Pass High School organized a beautiful "Mañana Mexicana" and all of them with the help of their families went above and beyond to make this possible.

 The idea came from the Topic of the week, "Restaurant Project" and following the same path. 

Taking advantage of the fact that Mexican Independence Day is celebrated, some of the students showed their best skills and brought all different and delicious Mexican dishes to share with the class.
