Friday, April 6th, Memorial Junior High had some very special district representatives visit their campus and see their efforts with Autism Awareness.
School Board President Lupita Fuentes, Superintendent Gilberto Gonzalez, and Deputy Superintendent Ismael Mijares got a first hand view of everything the Mavericks are doing to raise awareness on their campus.
They were even treated to their own MJH Autism Awareness shirt and met with the school's Life Skills Unit.
Go Mavericks!
