Thursday, April 19th, Mrs. Camarillo’s English Dual Credit classes at CC Winn took her by complete surprise when they arranged a birthday serenade during her 4th period class.
Her students kept her distracted with the help of a colleague while they decorated her room with banners and party hats.
After a heartfelt rendition of “Happy Birthday”, Winn's Toro Azabache Mariachi stepped in with the traditional Mañanitas.
Mrs. Camarillo’s students went out of their way to make sure they expressed their love and appreciation for a teacher that is always willing to help them.
