Wednesday, December 19th, Eagle Pass High School staff gathered to say good bye to their A-Wing clerk, Mrs. Mata.
Mrs. Mata will be leaving EPHS at the end of the semester and moving to Midland, Texas.
Her supervisor, Mr. Byrne did not want for her farewell to be small as she was a vital part of the Eagle family!
He arranged a small going away party in her office so that the Eagles could come in and out of the office all day and say their goodbyes to Mrs. Mata.
She was surprised this morning when she walked into the office and saw so many delicious treats out on display!
Mrs. Mata is beloved by the staff and everyone is sad to see her go.
EPHS wishes her and her family all the best in their future endeavors!
