Mrs. Martínez’ Chemistry classes over at Winn High School are at it again!
December 3rd - 5th during their Chemical Reactions Unit, they learned about the different types of reactions. These reactions included: synthesis, decomposition, single replacement, double replacement, and combustion.
To help students distinguish between the types of reactions, they were assigned a fun activity.
Their task was to create and illustrate a love story or comic strip relating to each type of chemical reaction.
The outcomes of their projects were amazing as they let their creativity shine.
The most important part of the assignment was that the students achieved mastery of their unit.
As always, Mrs. Gloria Martínez continues to do an excellent job in teaching and presenting her lessons. Although challenging, her creative lessons make the content material interesting and significant for her students. Great job, Mrs. Martínez!
