Friday, November 30th, Mrs. Dionni Olivares-Wueste's Journalism classes at CC Winn concluded their Advertising unit with a large interactive project.
Every student was required to have two forms of sales tatics that they would use to convince their peers to buy from them instead of the other in the class.
Their poster board was used to represent their magazine ad for their product, and their verbal presentation was their commercial to the class.
Everyone received 20 Maverick dollars to use as currency to purchase from their classmates.
Students competed to see who could be the most persuasive with their sales tactics, and at the same time, they were studying and practicing their terms!
The Journalism classes truly enjoyed the props that some of the students brought in as visual aids.
