Thursday, December 13th, C.C. Winn High School's Color Guard decided that this holiday season they wanted to do much more than only receive gifts and enjoy the weather.
They came to the conclusion that the holidays is much more than just a title, it is about giving.
With the encouragement from their director,Mr. Carlos Vela, the team collected food cans to donate to a food Bank located at Our Lady Of Refuge Church.
With the food that is collected, the team has successfully been able to give back to those who are less fortunate. Thank you WHS Color Guard and have a happy holiday!
