Kennedy Hall wishes to congratulate one of their very own students, Sebastian Rosas, as the City of Eagle Pass 2019 Festival de Luces Coloring Contest Winner!
Sebastian submitted his contest entry along with many other Pre-K and Kinder students from EPISD and his artwork was selected as the winner from his grade level.
As the winner of the Pre-K and K division, Sebastian has been invited to officially flip the Christmas lights switch at our Plazita San Juan with our Mayor and City Council.
