The students in Mrs. De Luna's 2nd grade class at Darr came up with creative ways to disguise their turkeys so that they won't be eaten for Thanksgiving.
The students did an excellent job in their writing assignment as they wrote a persuasive paragraph convincing the audience that they were NOT turkeys but rather someone else.
They also did a wonderful job in presenting their project to the rest of the class.
