On November 19th, WHS Senior Ricardo Garcia signed his National Letter of Intent, committing to run for the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley.
Ricardo was accompanied by his mother, coaches, teachers and friends during his ceremony.
He was congratulated by his efforts both in the field and at school.
Ricardo wants to study civil engineering and the scholarship provided will help him reach this goal.
