National Counselor's week is celebrated the first week of February and Perfecto Mancha could not stay without celebrating their very own Counselor, Mrs. Julietta Rangel-Miranda. Mrs. Rangel-Miranda was treated with cake, flowers and meals throughout the week of February 3, 2020.
Perfecto Mancha's administration and staff would like to thank Mrs. Rangel-Miranda for her hard work and dedication.
