On February 1st, 2020, the C.C. Winn High School Winter Guard team attended their first competition of the 2019-2020 season. The team was grateful to perform and get critiques from the judges in order to perfect their show for this season. The Winn Guard team consists of the following students: Alfredo Balderas, Ally Garcia, Ashanty Escarcega, Carmen Lopez, Diana De La Garza, Dulce Herrera, Jazmin Herrera, Leslie Esparza, Lyzbeth Escamilla, Yatzel Huitron, Karolina Picazo, and Raul Martinez. The Winter Guard officers are Bernice Polendo (captain), Karyme Carillo (co-captain), and Alejandra Rodriguez (co-captain). This year's winter guard design team is made up of Mrs. Alva Rodriguez (sponsor), Stephanie Trevino (guard technician), Javier Sanchez (Choreographer), and Mr. Carlos Vela (design consultant).
