Monday, Feb. 17th SME 2nd grade teacher Mrs. Villarreal wished her candidates the best of luck for their class elections. Mrs. Villarreal's class campaigned for President were tasked to present a speech and political platform for their grade-level and school.
This Social Studies activity served as an extension of the voting process and modeled campaign work of all of the candidates in the running elections.
