National Arts in Education Week Day 2 - Theater

Theatre teaches 21st century skills. As an essential component of a well-rounded education, theatre teaches critical 21st century life skills — collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking. 

 Happy National Arts in Education Week! Each day this week, the EPISD Spirit Ambassadors will be recognizing a different form of the Arts that happens in our amazing district!

In addition to building social and communication skills overall, involvement in drama courses and performance has been shown to improve students' self-esteem as well as their confidence in their academic abilities.
