EAGLE PASS FFA CLAIMS STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

 Eagle Pass FFA is proud to announce that the Range plant identification team are State Champions!

 The group competed at the State FFA competition held at Texas Tech in Lubbock on Saturday, April 24, 2021 and won. 

Jessica Sebastian had the high point individual in the state, and close behind were Katherine Seturino in 3rd, Hanna Hardt in 4th , and Garrett Purcell with  5th high individual in the state.  

This championship has been years in the making and the students have been working hard at learning how to identify Texas range plants through lots of studying and practice, attending invitational competitions, even attending summer workshops.

  Eagle Pass FFA is so proud that their hard work and dedication has finally paid off.
