GIDDY UP EAGLE PASS FFA!
The Eagle Pass FFA Chapter Horse Judging Team traveled to San Antonio on Monday, February 10th to compete in the 2025 S.A.L.E. Horse Judging contest. The team judged horse classes in Trail, Reining, Western Horsemanship, Aged Mares and more.
They answered questions pertaining to performance, conformation, balance and many other aspects with equine. This young team received a combined score of 960 placing them 27th out of 120 teams in the competition and 1st out of the teams that competed from the Wintergarden District and the Area X FFA.
The Team consisted of Barbara Garcia from EPHS, Emelie Pedraza, Adrian Rocha and Jesus Tovar from CC Winn HS.
