Starting a new job can feel like the first day of school. EPISD held their annual new teacher staff development training this week. Training began on Monday, August 10, at the Deluna Center.
There can be sense of uneasiness, and nervousness on the first day of school, much like starting a new job, in a new district. EPISD wants to make our new teachers feel right at home by extending a warm welcome to our family of educators. This Friday, the new staff met with most of the central office administration and received inspiring words from our Superintendent of Schools, Gilberto Gonzalez.
