Ms. Mauldin is an icon that represents the positive side of education and the success of everyone that has had the privilege of being part of her classroom. Her classroom door opens at seven 0'clock every morning, rain or shine, to help students with classwork or just to help them cope with everyday situations. She never establishes barriers between who she assist; all students are always welcome. During the Advance Placement Tests she tutors students before and after school and also on Saturdays to prepare for their success. She is very dedicated when it comes to helping students.
She helps with registration every year, labeling and stapling notices on student schedules and during registration she over sees the National Honor Society students in giving out schedules. Cathy always has time to assist or guide everyone who approaches her. She is always willing to participate in events or fundraisers that will benefit our community.
Mrs. Cathy Mauldin is a true historian; she inspires everyone that comes in contact with her. Her knowledge not only builds minds but helps students, colleagues, and staff have a precise and successful outlook in life.
