New coach, new tradition!
Under new leadership, the Maverick Basketball team honored their teachers on Wednesday, December 19th.
Coach Valero adopted the tradition where students ask a special teacher who they feel has played an important role in their education, to wear their Jersey for the day.
Teachers felt truly honored to receive such token appreciation and proudly wore their jerseys.
