On Thursday October 24th, 5th grade students at Benavides were able to experience a hands-on approach to force and motion.
Mrs. Santos and Mrs. Luna had their classes working on balloon rockets.
They took advantage of the gorgeous weather and decided to take things outside.
Students were able to test the rockets at different altitudes and recorded the differences in time.
