On Friday, November 1st, the students in Mrs. Chio's class at LDC put science to work to create a yummy drink.
The students learned about how matter can change if you cool it or apply heat.
The students learned that the chocolate bar and the cold milk needed heat to be able to make hot chocolate.
The students watched as the marshmallows melted in the hot beverage as well, going from a solid to gooey and yummy!
Perfect treat for a chilly morning!
