Eagle Pass Police Department paid the San Luis Cardinals a special visit to present the 4th and 5th grade classes with anti-bullying presentation onWednesday, January 29. Officer Avalos, Officer Tijerina, and Officer Platte presented all the students with the Don't be a bully, be a buddy Program. These Cardinals learned new skills to eliminate bullying and cyberbullying in their lives. Skills of which include: procedures on reporting all types bullying, how to treat others with respect, using the Golden Rule, ways to stop a bully, protecting personal information on the internet and social media. All these Cardinals made a pledge to end all types of bullying and to report all those who choose not to be a buddy! Go Cardinals!
