The students used Mrs. Menchaca's screencastify Instructional Videos to assist them complete the work.
These students worked on incomplete work, missed assignments, and 1ST Semester credit recovery assignments.
PIT students will earn (1) high school credit for successfully completing the course.
Thank you to all parents that mended their schedules to provide transportation.

On January 25th, 1st - 6th grade students at Henry B. Gonzalez who had perfect attendance for the 2nd nine weeks were awarded with a Pizza Hut personal pizza, a juice, a sticker and a pencil by Principal, Ms. Garcia. Congratulations Bobcats!
Seco Mines Principal, Mrs. Martinez, recognized 3 classes that had perfect attendance on Wednesday, January 25th with a special treat!

Eagle Pass High School's Guiding Angels took flight on Wednesday, January 25th for their monthly campus visit.
This month, the students conveyed the importance of character.

These students were selected to be a part of this Band through Region auditions in December.
They were able to learn and play new songs under the direction of their clinicians.
The clinicians for Band II were Dr. Mireles from St. Mary's University and Dr. Glaser from Texas State University.
The students learned invaluable tools that they will bring back to their fellow classmates.
Students worked collaboratively sharing ideas.

Armando Cerna Elementary celebrated the 100 Days of School on Tuesday, January 24th.
On January 24th, students from Henry B. Gonzalez were happy to say and celebrate that they have been in school for 100 days.
They proudly wore their 100 days of school crown.

Congratulations to Jose Jimenez of the Eagle Pass FFA who participated in the Ft Worth Junior Breeding Heifer show.
Jose placed 6th with his heifer against 24 other competitors.
Jose is a Senior at EPHS.
These projects are year round projects raised by the students who learn industry, feeding and breeding standards.
As part of the Agriculture Science Program students are given the opportunity to raise and show the animals as a supervised project.
TIDS promotes an initiative of teen safe driving by students for students.
