Eagles Ring in 16 de Septiembre

Friday, September 15th, students from the Principles of Hospitality and Tourism class at Eagle Pass High School organized a beautiful "Mañana Mexicana" and all of them with the help of their families went above and beyond to make this possible.

 The idea came from the Topic of the week, "Restaurant Project" and following the same path. 

Taking advantage of the fact that Mexican Independence Day is celebrated, some of the students showed their best skills and brought all different and delicious Mexican dishes to share with the class.
