EPISD NHS Make Difference

On the chilly morning of Sunday, January 14th, C.C. Winn's NHS bundled up and stepped out to clean up their adopted section of HWY 277.
The society's president, Alan Gonzalez, invited members from Eagle Pass High School's very own NHS to help take part in beautifying a portion of our the city.
Various NHS members from EPHS showed up eager to help lend a helping hand.

Students commenced removing objects thrown onto the side of the road and items that this past week's strong winds blew into trees.
The areas cleaned stretched from the traffic lights near the store McCoy's up to the intersection of Hwy 277 and Loop 480.
It was an extremely productive trash clean up due to the large number of students that showed up from both campuses.

Thank you to all NHS members from BOTH high schools that showed up to help.
UNITED we will make a difference.
