Robert E. Lee's Rebel Mascot was proud to join the City of Eagle Pass Parks and Recreation 2018 Opening Day Elementary Mascot Race on Wednesday, March 28th.
Sebastian Salinas, 6th grade student, was honored to represent the Rebels as he zoomed by for 2nd place.
