Monday, August 27th, Miss Castillo’s 1st grade class was treated to the very fitting story.
"First Day Jitters" follows a certain someone who is very nervous about going to a new school.
The students think it is about a child not wanting to go to school on the first day, but in the end they find out it was the teacher!
It was a great ice breaker for the students to become familiar with Miss Castillo.
To toast to the first day the class enjoyed some Jitter Juice.
Jitter Juice is a recipe created to take away those first day jitters!
