Wednesday, October 30th, Mrs. Villasenor's U.S. History students at Eagle Pass High School were busy at work creating a muckraker's newspaper.
The term muckraker was used in the Progressive Era to characterize reform-minded American journalists who attacked established institutions and leaders as corrupt.
They typically had large audiences in some popular magazines.
The Eagles are attempting to expose things that can improve safety, aesthetics or convenience concerns at the campus level.
