Sunday, December 2nd, C.C Winn and Eagle Pass High School Emergency Medical Service students attended a Landing Zone class provided by the Eagle Pass Air Evac Lifeteam 57. Alongside the Eagle Pass Fire Department, the students played an important role in a practice scenario where they had to assist in a motor vehicle accident call.
As part of the skill, EMS students loaded and unloaded the patient onto Liberty, the air evacuation chopper, while the aircraft was running providing the best of care to the patient.
C.C. Winn would like to wish the very best of luck to our future EMS providers in their upcoming National Registry Exam this December.
