Eagle Pass High School is proud to announce the radish harvest that was originally planted in October by Mr. Carlos Cardenas’ Principles of Ag Food and Natural Resource students at Eagle Pass High School is ready for harvest!
The students had to prepare the garden by pulling weeds and turning the soil.
They maintained the crop by weeding between rows and adding fertilizer during their many trips to the garden.
Wednesday, December 5th, the Eagles started their harvest of radishes, cilantro, and peppers.
They will continue to harvest for about 2 weeks.
