Saturday, December 8th, CC Winn High School’s Drama Club president, Analaura De La Garza traveled to Longhorn Country and auditioned for the University of Texas at Austin’s college of Theatre and Dance.
After long hours of hard work, rehearsal, and perseverance, working alongside her director, Mr. Adolfo Flores, has finally paid off.
The myriad of students who auditioned for both the B.F.A. in Acting or B.A. in Acting, were to perform two contemporary monologues totaling to two minutes.
Hard work really does pay off when you’re following your dreams and Miss De La Garza's hard work has certainly paid off as she was given the opportunity to audition for this prestigious university.
