WHS Leadership Academy Comes Together for "Do Good December"

Monday, December 10TH, C.C. Winn High School's ChicK-fil-A Leader Academy met again to work on their ‘’Do Good December’’ Project.
30 students from each campus participate in monthly Leader Labs to learn leadership skills through interactive and collaboration.
The students are also asked to create Impact Projects or service projects to benefit others while strengthening their project management and leadership skills.
This month, the focus is a campaign called “Do Good December”.
This is a service project that emphasizes teamwork by asking students to Do, Drive and Deliver during the holiday season.
With Do Good December, students suggested various project ideas before deciding as a group which project they wanted to complete.
Some of the ideas students chose, were going to the elderly home and hosting a lotería, another idea was a toy drive for Christmas.
For the next couple of weeks students will spend several hours planning, making gifts, and preparing.
